Michele Mollkoy is an Organizational Development Consultant and Leadership Coach based in Santa Barbara. She has over fifteen years of experience working with organizations and individuals in the areas of performance management, teambuilding, and conflict resolution. Michele holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis and an M.A. in Adult Education and Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. She has held staff and leadership positions in real estate, non-profit and academic institutions, and is also adjunct teaching faculty for Antioch University Santa Barbara. Michele’s clients range from organizations seeking clarity to individuals discerning next steps, and she is currently working with Cottage Health System in Santa Barbara. Past clients include: Westmont College, Pepperdine University, Cares Pet Hospital, J. Shipley Design, Story Charmer, Protege, Flare Productions, The Light Heart Institute, and others.
